AT Yoga

Unconscious Flow is more than just a yoga practice: it is an exploration of movement, breath, and inner awareness. Rooted in the deep connection between body and mind, it offers a space where yoga, psychology, and music merge to guide practitioners into a state of balance and flow.
Unconscious Flow brings together the principles of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, integrating pranayama and meditation to foster a deeper awareness of the self. Each session is designed to go beyond physical movement, creating a bridge between conscious and unconscious processes, inviting practitioners to explore their inner world.
Live music is a key element of this journey: a unique approach which is shaped by the expertise of Alessandra Toni, an internationally recognized neoclassical pianist, composer, psychologist and certified yoga teacher (500h), whose work bridges the worlds of music, psychology, and movement.
With a background in psychology and foreign languages, Alessandra integrates a holistic perspective into her teachings. Her classes invite individuals to cultivate presence, deepen self-connection, and embrace the transformative power of yoga.
Join Unconscious Flow and experience a practice where movement becomes a melody, breath becomes rhythm, and the mind finds its path.
